There are more than 100 perfectly-matched Paleo and gluten-free recipes inside. This number is small. You will not have extensive quantity of ideas what to serve, frustration will certainly set in from eating the same food over and over again in your meal plan.
For those who wanted to make simple meal, there are easy recipes to enjoy like shrimp and watermelon skewers. And for those adventurous and wanted a more intricate dishes, you can find some dishes like Southwest Cowboy Chili. You can find recipes to what type of meal you want to prepare – simple or a bit more complicated.
When I bought this cookbook, I tried the Slow-Cooker Kahlua Pig, Peruvian Spatchcocked Chicken , Spicy Coconut Shrimp, Egg Fo Young and Polpette di Vitello. They’re easy to prepare and looks gorgeous on the plate when finished. I will be enjoying meals from this cookbook.

The instruction is so simple and easily understood. This is very helpful and inviting especially if you’re a complete newbie. Since many of us are visual learners, seeing this unique style of instruction is very useful so you can follow along without difficulty.
The only downside I would like to mention is I do not recommend this cookbook if your intention is to prepare meals in just minutes, because many of the recipes takes some more time to prepare. Some chicken recipes take time to prepare and few recipes leads to another are the downside of this cookbook.

The recipes in nom nom paleo are commonly purchased in grocery store and available online at the author’s website. If you’re starting out paleo diet, and wanted to eat healthier, Michelle Tam’s recipes are suited for your needs.
The book’s cover is sturdy and stunningly appealing. It has 288 easy-to-turn pages and beautiful and appetizing pictures of recipes that really make someone feel hungry. Overall the cookbook is completely gorgeous and professional looking.
